Thomas Gerard "Tom" Martino (born 1953) is a supporter of American consumer and radio show host. It is also known as "The Troubleshooter". The national syndication show "The Troubleshooter Show" was broadcast from KHOW, based in Denver, Colorado. The format of the show focuses on the caller who gives him a specific complaint about the business; asking general-purpose consumer-oriented questions; or have various problems they need to be resolved. He also provides business and consumer advice to listeners. Martino took his consumer advocacy to television, first at several stations in the Eastern United States. In Denver, he spent 18 years at CBS KCNC-TV station. His most recent television position was with the KDVR Fox Broadcasting Company affiliate in Denver, which canceled its show from schedule in 2011.

Martino operates the "Troubleshooting Reference List," a list of businesses he supports. To become a Reference List member, a business must agree to a code of ethics, including an agreement to comply with Martino's decision in case of disputes with the consumer. A business can pay for Martino to personally endorse their products or services in the air, although critics say that Tom Martino's status as a consumer advocate is compromised by the money he receives for his support.
